Administration

DocMan Administrators have access to an Administration page where they can create, modify or delete sections, subsections and document types (document templates). They can also adjust the number of days before a document becomes 'Effective'.

Manage Sections

User Groups are created in the Security Centre, see Security and User Groups

The administrator can create a new section by clicking on "Manage" and then "New Section". They can also manage and create subsections within existing sections.

Update Subsections

When creating new document types the Administrator can chose to skip QA Review if this stage is not required. Technical and Management Review are not optional.
